Transforma Privilege Card

1. Purchase and account credit. Available to purchase from 1 to 31 October 2026 for €500. On purchase, €500 is credited automatically to the named cardholder’s Transforma account for eligible services purchased thereafter. The account credit and the 10% Privilege discount are separate benefits.
2. Privilege discount. The cardholder receives 10% off the standard price of an eligible service during the card’s validity, whether or not any account credit remains. The discount applies to the service price before payment; the final price may be paid from the account credit, by another payment method, or both.
3. Eligible purchases. The card may be used for Transforma services, excluding doctor consultation fees, which are payable separately where applicable. It cannot be used to buy products, gift vouchers or another Privilege Card.
4. Other offers. Only one discount may apply to a service. The 10% Privilege discount cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or reduced package price, including Open Week pricing. If another offer is chosen, the 10% discount does not apply to that service. Account credit may still be used to pay the final price of an eligible service.
5. Using the account credit. The €500 account credit may be used across multiple eligible service purchases. If the final price exceeds the remaining credit, the difference is payable separately. Transforma records the balance in the cardholder’s account and can provide it on request.
6. Validity and unused credit. The account credit and the 10% Privilege discount are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The expiry date is recorded on the card. Eligible services must be purchased and provided before that date. Any unused credit expires on the card’s expiry date and cannot be used afterwards.
7. Cardholder. The card is issued to a named person and is non-transferable. It may be purchased as a gift if the recipient is named when issued. The cardholder should provide their name or card number when booking so Transforma can verify the account.
8. Appointments and suitability. Services are subject to availability and any required assessment of clinical suitability. Buying the card does not guarantee that any particular treatment is suitable for the cardholder.
9. Consumer rights. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds, cancellations and any applicable rights relating to online purchases will be handled in accordance with Maltese consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
10. Earlier cards. These terms apply to Transforma Privilege Cards purchased under the October 2026 offer. Earlier Rejuvenation Cards remain subject to the terms provided when they were purchased.
